I had a laundry list for my car, but they were able to get it done. They were clear with pricing/estimates. I was able to go home and wait for an update, in which they sent a text with a link. They uploaded photos with explanations and suggestions that may or may not be needed. And I was able to pay online, pick up my car, and ask questions. They’re thorough with their work. They made sure my car was safe to drive. A big thank you for the care they put into my car.

I think today's experience was the best car experience I have ever had in my whole life and I am not a young woman. It all started with the mysterious check engine light on a new to us 2023 Chevy Blazer with only 30k miles. I first took it to the dealer to get checked as there is still a power-train warranty on the car. I fully expected to pay for the diagnosis if the issues were not covered under warranty after the diagnostic but if it was under warranty then per usual I would not. That was NOT the case. Even if the repair is a warranty covered issue I was still expected to pay an astronomical amount for the diagnostic out of pocket. I find that to be a bit of a red flag especially since this island car is barely 3yo with very low miles. Would they tell me this when I called to make the appointment? No. They waited until I had patiently sat an hour in line that morning to be seen for my scheduled appointment that did not happen when scheduled only to be quoted this scenario while locked in between several other people. The intake rep asked several times if I am sure I want them to make them move everyone. That it would need to be done anyway so I may as well let them have my car F

I brought my 2006 Toyota Truck in for service and was incredibly impressed by their thorough, comprehensive diagnosis. They broke down every single issue by priority, ranking repairs from high importance down to minor things, which made it so easy to plan out my budget. I also greatly appreciated the detailed photos and the clear, step-by-step to-do list they provided so I knew exactly what to expect. This team has earned my trust, and I will definitely be going back to them for all of my future car needs!

I brought my car in for a subframe repair, and the team at Car Geeks was honest and upfront about the cost from the start. They also took the time to inspect the rest of my vehicle and identified a few additional issues, which we were able to take care of at the same time. They originally estimated that parts would take about 2–3 days to arrive since they were special order, but the turnaround ended up being much faster than expected. They kept me informed throughout the process, even sending updates and showing images of the corrected alignment once everything was completed. Overall, they did an excellent job. Great communication, friendly service, and quality work. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on. Highly recommend checking them out—you won’t be disappointed. 👍

I was very impressed with Car Geeks. I needed a wheel alignment but didn't have an appointment. They were busy but took me in right away. The ETA to complete was 1 hour but they took 40 minutes. They did a thorough analysis of my car with graphics and images. Real next level automotive using IT skills as well. I was greeted with warm young businessman that took good care of me. There was another mid age guy that smiled the whole time, demonstrating they enjoy their business of helping people. There is a waiting with coffee, water, tv, and wifi. I wasn't pressured with up sales motives just honest, concerns and suggestions to do when time and budget permits. Mahalo guys. I found a new automotive repair shop.
